just tried your demo... what can i say... rollerbot... except no enemys and with walls...
as about sound: if you'r using esound() don't forget to copy sounds in your compiled project(RTM) and about world limit is somwhere near 2^512 or 2^256

D@mn english! ok... i'l say it other words: esound uses a patch to file, that patch can be a quoted string, if you use something like this
var str str=str_create(50) str_add(str,"c:\3drad\sounds\sound.wav") esound_...(str...)
make sure that after resuming those strings are still keep same .wav-file patch as before saving...

FDX Your english is better then my russian I can't speak any I know some german ,Slovac (i am half Slovak) and some korean but no russian execpt for nastrovia Its the darn resume() I hd to do work round if keyboard("F6") print("LOADING",0,200,100) resume() ;;;;;;won't read this soundhandle1=esound_load("./ball1.wav") SOUNDHANDLE2=ESOUND_LOAD("./DROP.WAV") esound_play(soundhandle1,1) :::::::: endif ;;;;;;;;;;;;; so I had to do it outside with a global when I saved the game I added a global to make ball3=0 then when the resume() press the upkey to move the player and it sets the sound over ;;;;;;;;;;;;;; if ball3=1 soundhandle1=esound_load("./ball1.wav") SOUNDHANDLE2=ESOUND_LOAD("./DROP.WAV") esound_play(soundhandle1,1) ball3=2 endif Only thing left now is to figure out how the string command works for the name of the player for the high score to save out. Then its all done execpt for more levels everything else is done. LAter Shelley

Well I built 2 levels only could make the maze 50X50 because its either my Rage ati card or memory (128) anmi8 Stops if I go past 50 the demo was 20X20 still jurky with the camera but slowing up the speed helped. with this size level when I run it its SLOOOOW on my machine 500mz changed the ball to an 8 ball now its better Well one game almost down and 11 to go I think the next one will be easier because it a racing type game How much ram does a full level use any idea and how do I prevent the ball from bouceing on collision I think it would take care of the jurkyness hope you like that utility LAter

1.1) cliping distance can help you, if you don't want to see cuting edge, use fog 1.2) set clipstart to 400 and it will give great picture on an old cards (blure distance will be larger) 2) max_framerate_set(100) will make game a lot faster. some users say that it will force engine to crush but that's a bul$hit! use it in begin area of last element in list and it will work perfectly 3)with single texture you can use 10x more detalized level than if you were using model with 5-8 textures 4)texturesize 128x128, 256x256... you can use 32x32 or 64x64, but it will not give any framerate rise since i doubt 3drad will run on <4mb video
